CK 2011 Hammer

I have a near new CK 2011 open pistol with a EGW hammer and Titanium strut. Some time the hammer gets stuck when shooting and the trigger will not drop the hammer because the hammer is over traveled down onto the beaver tail. If you just touch the hammer it will  pop back into battery and the trigger will drop the hammer. I can find no reason for the hammer to stick, the strut is not touching any where in the grip safety. I have tried the same type hammer from another CK and it is even worse about stick . Any Ideas?

A burr in the MSH preventing the parts from moving freely?

Have you tried using a 17 or 19LB hammer spring? 

Hammer strut too long?

No burrs in the MSH tried a 19 lb. did not help. Tried a different hammer and strut, it was even worse. I have built 2011 and 1911 for 25 years and have never had this happen before.
