how to min. muzzle torque

here's my rifle set up

18" bbl with rifle gas, VG6 brake ( epsilon), Vltor A5 buffer system with 6.03oz  buffer , BCM BCG, and Std. Gas Block

the muzzle rise is not bad, but its the muzzle Torque I want to minimize or if possible eliminate.

would going to adjustable gas block like Odin or Superlative helps?  with adjustable gas block I can at least go for a lighter buffer 3.9oz ( vltor A5 h2) which I have on hand. and possibly with a lighter buffer spring. thanks

I run the Atlas 5 from Odin Works and clocked the ports to 1:00 to eliminate the torque to the right since I am right handed. Also have lmos and buffer though.

I used a laser to tune my Atlas 5 and it is fantastic. I never realized how good a muzzle device could be until I tuned it.

What do you mean by muzzle torque?  Are we talking muzzle moves sideways, or whole gun twists around the barrel axis?

muzzle going sideways to left, the up/down is okay

+1 with 1 o clock upper ports helps

i haven't quite got that down yet

 

tuning buffer system will help overall   but i believe that acts more on a different plane if you look at thr movement of the reciprocating mass

i run and adjustable gas key (on bolt)  and  tac com buffer system which is the lightest (last i heard)

 

i found the changes in recoil response  made with buffer system, were apparent,  but minimal compared to shooting form and muzzle brake.
