rowdyb
Just got home from the Razorback match held at CASA today. 140 some shooters, 10 stages with not a single one a gimmie. Fault lines were good, movers all worked right, plenty of reload options, nothing screwed over ccp or cdp, done shooting around 2 pm. The epitome of fun and challenging stages. Me? Well the one non threat I shot just two stages from the end of the match moved me to 5th overall and 1st Master in SSP. If I hadn't disrespected a target that'd be second overall and another DC trophy. All in all i feel good though as I never felt like I was shooting out of my comfort zone. Though just with how I've scheduled things this is probably my last major idpa match this year unless I do something for Nationals. Kudos to all who volunteered! rowdyb
Thank you! It never ceases to amaze me that ONE freaking trigger pull can make such a huge difference in a match. Unusually I was not filming myself today, so I'll probably just put up a link to the person who did film me a few times.
