Thanks I checked with Mecgar directly about the 20 rounders. "We have been told from others that the magazine is not compliant." I just spoke on the phone with TRT Tactical and they said their +2 for the Mecgar 18 rounders is compliant. Although, that base pad looks suspiciously like the factory Mecgar extended base pad on the 20 rounders, so I dunno. OPENB Posted April 20, 2017 Share Posted April 20, 2017 (edited) I know Beretta tubes are the same outside dimension. I had a Beretta basepad that fit on a 226 tube. See if there any +capacity base pads for the Beretta. Barring that, 20 is the most you'll probably get in a 226.
