Dutchman195 Posted March 31, 2017 Share Posted March 31, 2017 A week before Optics nationals I had a issue with my RMR. This was after my primary gun already was inoperable. Called Trijicon, told them whats going on and the next day I had a brand new loaner RMR in the same configuration that I could slap on the pistol and go shoot. Outstanding customer service in my opinion. Eric from Tech support really understood my freaking out and the dilemma and then hooked it up big time.
