Conan
Hi all, I currently shoot the Shadow 1 with thin aluminium grips and find this is an excellent fit for my small hands. My cousin just bought the Shadow 2 and I tested it out and find because the grip is wider (front to back) that I struggle to get my finger in a good position on the trigger. I feel that the reach on the DA trigger is further than the Shadow 1.Given that I shoot IPSC production and must shoot DA for 1st shot, is there a way to shorten the distance for DA on that trigger? I would like to buy the Shadow 2 as I really like all the changes they have made, but given my struggle with DA it would not be worth it unless I can fix this trigger. Thanks all in advance
bsand
I'm in the same boat, shadow 1 with Czc thin aluminum grips fits like a glove. The shadow 2 is too thick for me. I'd think that smaller grips would help significantly. Apparently the grip feels thicker due to the higher relief cut on beaver tail. cheby
Interesting.. I find its easier to reach the DA trigger on shadow 2 compared to shadow 1 with czc thin aluminum grips.
thompsoncustom
Using a recurve trigger would be the only production legal way i could think of. Edited March 30, 2017 by thompsoncustom
