Blue Jacket
I have an AR with a MRO that I sometimes use for three gun. I'm trying to lighten it up. It has a titan comp on it now, but it's heavy. Is there a smaller and lighter comp that works as a flash suppressor and comp? Just wondering what others have use for a multi purpose rifle. And btw I do have a dedicated scoped 3 gun rifle. UFO
SJC makes a titanium I believe. I have a Witt Machine on my lightweight AR. Edited March 24, 2017 by UFO

toeheadAR
I have a VG6 it is about the same size as the A2 flash hider and very effective for recoil and muzzle rise.

dauntedfuture
I suggest you take a look at the PWS comps/ flash hiders. They work well as a comp, not great, and reduce flash. I've got a v6g as well and it works better then most but not quite like a SJC titan according to testing. I think you will be hard pressed to find a comp and flashhider that's lightweight. Skeet
I've started using the Patriot Defense tunable brake. It's light weight (2.1 oz) and works very well. I was able to tune it to a variety of rifles, 10.3", 12.5', 14.5" and 16". I'm very impressed and happy with it.
jon49erfan
If you go titanium, keep in mind that it will erode fairly quickly compared to steel.
