180grn Precision W/WST Minor PF Stock spring G22 Load

I have a 1000 PD 180grn FPRN and I am using WST. I have a newborn and not a whole lot time to get down and work up a bunch of loads for what I am looking for so hoping someone can give me a base line of where to start. I am using a G22 to shoot GSSF and will also be using it as a duty weapon starting around December so I do not want to change springs or modify the gun in anyway. I want to know if anyone has a load that will cycle a stock G22 reliably but is still relatively low recoil. Any help is appreciated
