CZ 75B Matte Stainless SAO Conversion Problem(s)

Morning,

Newly Purchased  Matte Stainless CZ75 B:

installed CGW 5SAO trigger (removed disconnector)

installed CGW 80005 Ring Hammer Kit

adjusted sear as directed so safety works.

 

however, i have encountered the following issues:

 

- when racking slide the hammer doesn't usually reset correctly (will occasionally)

  it will follow the slide back to half-notch (if that's the correct term)

 

-flipping safety from on to off can cause cocked hammer to drop

 

- releasing locked back slide with slide lever causes hammer to fall to half-notch

 

would greatly appreciate any input, suggestions as to cause(s) and/or how to troubleshoot the problem(s).

I suspect the sear spring is not in right, you said you removed the firing pin block, did you remove the lifter or switch to a pre-b sear?

i haven't  remove the firing pin block.
