I'm still having fun shooting 3 gun, but its tough to realize that I suck with pistol, rifle and shotgun.  I need more practice. Along with lots of .223, 12 ga and 9mm, since Christmas I've been shooting around 500 rds of 22LR per week through a CMMG 22LR AR Conversion kit.  There is no telling how many rounds have gone through it since I bought it around 8 years ago.

 

Well I finally broke the firing pin about 10 days before the 3GN SW Regionals.  

 

Now that the match is over, its time to start fixing everything I broke.  Since it was such an old unit, I contacted CMMG asking if their current firing pin and firing pin spring will fit this aged unit.  Bryan with Tech Support emailed back that not only do they still fit, he placed an order for replacements to be sent to me within a few days. (He also has a good sense of humor.  )
