Tai Chi or yoga?

I did Tai chi and Pilates (Which is pretty much Yoga IMO)

 

It clearly did not help my shooting fundamentals.

 

However, It helps the physical part of the shooting competition. 

 

Flexibility may help in a very awkward position shooting.

 

The stronger body helps to last longer at major matches.

 

But none of those physical abilities will not make you a good shooter. You actually have to shoot good in order to take an advantage of the physical ability.
