Good morning 3 Gunners!

We wanted to post an update.

All 6 stages have been designed and tested, (5 stages and 1 bonus stage for an overall time reduction bonus).

All 6 stages have sponsors and our overall prize table value is above $30,000 in products and is sure to continue to grow up until Championship day!

There will be a great breakfast provided before the Military Opening Ceremony and start time on the 16th at the range for all shooters.

Our Championship Match Book is being designed and will be emailed out and posted online once finalized.

The trophies are “in hand” and look great.

Round count is 66 Pistol, 60 Rifle, 43 Shotgun, 3 Slugs (perfect shot estimate).

Again, thank you  for Supporting our inaugural Championship and will see you in September!

For those who are attending the Championship and would like to make a "pre order" for the custom engraved bottle of Gentleman Jack here is a picture of the front, the back will be customized to have whatever you want on it.

you will make the $35 payment upon pickup on the 16th.

The prize table and award ceremony will be in the Ft. Sill Jack Daniels Lounge so this is a perfect fit!

This was an Extremely well organized and  logistically planned match, especially for a first year match.  Also great Soldier and civilian staff that did almost all the stage reset. Breakfast and lunch was great and the Patriot Club was a nice touch for the post match drinks/dinner and award banquet. The military and female categories were great for those who always get close to the top people yet never win a trophy. The prize table itself was outstanding with beer mugs, grunt style shirts, and patches as awesome touch too.  Hope to see more installation commanders follow suit. Hats off to you Hew for the behind the scenes coordination, I'm sure next year will be even better!  Only improves would be to ditch the bonuses and m4 qualification course of fire and definitely have the FA equipment on the stages again.

Had a blast at this match. It was a lot more physical than most major matches are, and was a great test of multiple skills. If I had any "gripes", it would be to have par times on timed stages. I'll definitely be attending next year, and already spreading the word on this match to my local shooting community. Kansas will be well-represented next year!

What rule set did this match run under. I looked at all the posts and never could quite get a grip on it. Was it 3GN? Their own version? Time plus it looks like, so maybe 3GN?

It was their own rule set, but pulled a lot from both 3GN and USPSA multi-gun rules.
