LegionShooter Posted February 8, 2017 Share Posted February 8, 2017 That's what I hate. I ordered some items about 10 days ago from a site. Shipment arrived in a couple days, minus one item. I call customer service to inquire, and find out that the other part I ordered ships direct from the manufacturer, and "should" have arrived around the same time. So far no word, no tracking number, no parts, no backorder status, nothing. Dead air. I have a match this weekend and was hoping to have said item ready to go. I understand and appreciate drop shipping for some items, as sometimes it makes financial sense for a business. But come on man, at least disclose that's what's going on! cas Posted February 8, 2017 Share Posted February 8, 2017 Order from Henning or order from Brownells ($7 shipping vs free shipping with Edge) Part is the same price, so I order from Brownells on 1/25/17 On 2/3/17 I get the BS drop shipping email. 10 days wasted just for that. I still don't have the part 15 days in. That's half a month, much too long for an in stock part in 2017. Had I known Brownells was going to play games I never would have ordered it from them.
