rustybayonet
My 9mm production is increasing and it is time to upgrade from the single round case gauge. Looking for feedback on the two big names.

MemphisMechanic
Shockbottle. Gauging and boxing 400 rounds into the 100rd plastic cases in under ten minutes with ease? Done and done.

GregJ
I use both. Shockbottle is so much easier and quicker, but the EGW has tighter specs than the SB. Know your chamber and which gage better resembles your chamber tolerance.
BeerBaron
I really like the egw gauges as they match the chambers in my kkm and other barrels well (just a tiny bit tighter than the barrel which is what I want). But I don't think egw make a 100 round gauge? If you want speed the 100 round sb gauge will deliver.
Matt1
EGW can make a 100 round gauge (or at least they would last time I asked a couple of years ago). For 9mm you can get a SB in a "match" fitting. Mine is way tighter than my CZ barrels. The .40 SB is tighter too. A local smith down here makes .357 Sig gauges in the SB style. Again, mine is tighter than either of my Sig barrels.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
SCTaylor
'nother vote for the Shockbottle Hundo gauge. Just makes the hassle of checking bulk ammo easy.
JD1
I have both and they are both good. I prefer the Shockbottle, faster easier.
FingerBlaster
i use the shock bottle 100 round... i wish they made it for all the calibers i shoot.
motosapiens
i have both and I only use the shockbottle. one thing to be wary of is the egw gauges don't really work with coated lead rounds because they are gauging the bullet as well as the case. I only care about the case, so I got the shockbottle and use it.
jnr88
Received a Shockbottle today. This is a great addition to my bench!

Got2beshooting
The ahotckbottle hundo IMHO is the way to go. Not only does it check the rounds, it make it super easy to put in boxes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Ck867
It's really hard to beat the Shockbottle. I have one for 9, 40, and 45. If you have an autodrive, you can case gauge while it's running.
davidb72
Hundo! I have them for 9, 40, & 45. Cheap and easy insurance.
nbot
+1 for the Hundo. I opted for the flip tray too. Lots easier to load into boxes.
2tuf4u
I wish they made the flip tray for 45 acp---one can hope.

Works perfect. I use this for 9mm and 45ACP.
