I made these. Then "sold" them in one match.  I made more, and gone again. I just made more, let's see how long they last at Area 1.

Same here. This is what I use also. I had to use the pistol version. The rifle version is to long to fit into my ejection port. I am shooting a Just Right Carbine.

Haha I do them too. We throw the flags away weekly.

Will look around the shop to see if I have any (my guys like to grab them). If not, next time we expend some ordnance, I just send it to you. No fee. Mine is sort of wrinkled from being in my bag.

I like the concept of the hornady flag but im not sure i'd acutally use it to rack the bolt though. At least its rugged enough to last without melting or snapping.

The Hornady option looks awesome.  Now, if only they considered making them for PCC calibers.

The .223 version should fit most any AR pattern PCC with a caliber larger than .223 and a long ejection port. Might not fit proprietary carbines though.

I'm thinking the Hornady flag for .308 shortened a bit to clear the ejection port would be perfect.

Don't slam the bolt on these. Have seen several of them break. PITA to get out.

I can confirm that the Arredondo AR-15 flag fits.  "Made of supertuff nylon with a melting point of 480 deg."

I had some points saved on Amazon so I bought a pk of 20 chamber safety tools and 20 flags. The remove before flight were the cheapest and still bright enough to see.

 

You have to cut about 1/2" off the chamber part to fit PCC and drill a hole. 

 

I gave 12 away at the last indoor carbine match!

I am blaming y'all for this.  2 hours ago I had a 6 pack of Tapco Chamber flags in my Amazon cart and they had plenty "in stock".  10 minutes ago my phone beeps at me that my amazon cart had changed....because the flags were no longer in stock...  its hard to keep up with the joneses here...lol
