I trimmed the thumb safety and would like to have the thumb safety (just the thumb safety) refinished with DLC to match with the gun again. Does anybody know of who can do this for me? JAustin316 Posted February 1, 2017 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Try Adam and Atlas Gunworks. I know some of his stuff is DLC... not sure if he offers it as a service though. He used to, maybe still does, offer a DVC package where he fine tunes them. He might be more willing to toss it in a coating batch run if you did the work as well. grantwoodok Posted February 27, 2017 Share Posted February 27, 2017 Don't use Palmetto Arms LLC in South Carolina. I was initially told he could turn my IONBOND DLC job around in 4 weeks. Sent him the stripped pistols end of December and I'm yet to get anything back after 9 weeks. Keeps blaming his coatings guy on being too busy. I should have sent it to Club Custom Guns, their turn around was 6 weeks which would have meant I'd have had my stuff back already. Finally told him get the parts back and send them back to me!
