PatJones
I have shot over 30K of 9x19 loaded with Zero 147s and Extreme 165s and Titegroup. Most all of it is surplus WCC brass. Not a low pressure load by any means. Not sticky at all. Accurate and reliable.Have you polished your chamber?Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

I did chamfer it a bit, but other than that nothing.
pcschwenke
In my case it appears the issue was the bullets were loaded too short while using .357 lead. Seated at 1.170", they work perfectly. Slower powders like WSF help also! No polishing yet. Edited April 9, 2017 by pcschwenke

BallisticianX
Just a little Polishing it will not create a problem as long as you don't remove a bunch of material. Titanium is not a naturally smooth material so a reasonable polishing it will only help extraction. Problem is that polished titanium doesn't stay polished. I explained that in a previous post regarding its grain structure and poor wear resistance. Yet some will argue the metallurgy facts.
