Aric Posted January 26, 2017 Share Posted January 26, 2017 The chambers should be dimensionally the same. As such, the chamber pressure should be the same. A quick burning powder might have a slower muzzle velocity in a longer barrel (more friction in a longer barrel). A slower burning powder might have a faster velocity in a longer barrel (the pressure can push for a greater length of time in the longer barrel).
