What can you do with a single stage press?

You can run a GRX die if you load .40.

You can pull bullets.

some may even size the brass with a standard sizer die before running through a progressive that has a Udie installed.

But these are just a lot of extra pulls of the handle in my opinion.

I have my old rock chucker that did nothing since I got my dillon 550. Once I got into casting bullets, it has found a new purpose swaging the cast bullets. The next story in the rock chuckers life will be swaging crimped primer pockets.

Same here. Looking at a CH4D swager to do some 9mm once a year or so
