Sams club has the below cases that are exactly like the EXPENSIVE pelican cases for 19.38 FYSA. The foam is cut into small sqares as well to shape it to anything and has metal lock ports. The second layer foam underneath is solid so I put the precut squares in the bottom and then took the solid and got it laser cut. I think my rifle one was about $100 AU which would be about $75 +/- US, just had a look they are now $184aus (135 us),. Smaller pistol sizes come in 4 sizes price ranges from $us 25 - through to $us 64, I had one of the large pistol and it comfortable stored a Ruger charger in a chassis withn red dot and 6 25 round magazines.
