Two more rifles in .308 or 6.5CM. All four models have melonite barrels and 5R rifling. Patrols are about $680 street price, Recons currently $800. The only big boys I could find were stupidly priced, should come down as demand drops off (or maybe not if they shoot well). I'll laugh my head off if the MSR puts the over-hyped Saint to shame. JohnRodriguez Posted January 8, 2017 Share Posted January 8, 2017 (edited) I've owned my 110FP since 1996, so I believe that savage has been making black rifles a long time now. the 110FP is their police rifle in 308 with a 26" bull barrel and it is 100% matte black. Just to be sure I did a Google image search of "black rifle", the top ten results were all AR-patterns. So here's some jokes I'm sure you'll enjoy.
