Talked to your chat line and they were of no help. Told me to phone my order in. I guess I will just cancel my order and look else where. Disappointed since I always thought you guys were great. I guess the computer guys had too much Eggnog at Christmas time. The code is L6N if anyone is interested and can get it to work correctly the first time.
