kellymc Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 (edited) I have a couple of Razor JM 1x6 scopes and the newest one seems to act like a 1x3 instead of a 1x6. The dial will turn all the way to the 6 but compared to the other scope it appears to max out at 3x or less.Wondering if I was doing something wrong or the scope needs to be sent back. mveto Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 I would send it back to Vortex, but first give them a call on Monday. Their CS is top notch and maybe they can walk you through the issue if there is one. I had a PST scope a few years back that had issues and they handled the whole situation very quickly. The two scopes are now identical ..Invoice say's it had a loose gimble ring assembly.. It was returned to to me in just two days.
