Rocky Mountain RMRs with 3.0 of VV310 at 1.16 with Fed SPP give a very soft feel, chrony at 870fps and group about 3". They are not as accurate as the 147s with the WAC but they are close. That being said the VV310 is the most consistent minor powder I have ever used - this is out of a relatively old Square Deal B. My SD for 10 shot strings is about 5.
