aandabooks
The time has come to upgrade the trigger on my RIA DS .40. What trigger kit does everyone recommend? I'll do the install myself.. I've been looking at the EGW kit with the lightened hammer.
bokbok_05
EGW Ultimate Trigger kit. It includes Koenig hammer. Consistent 1.75lbs average (5 pulls on Lyman) trigger pull on my STI Edge.

zzt
I'll also recommend the EGW Ultimate, but I went with their lightened hammer. It is within 0.1 gr of the Koenig.

andrewtac
Brazos for me, 2# in the SS 1.7-1.8 in the limited gun. I did tweak the spring a little.
al503
Another vote for Brazos. Very nice kit.
bjones6686
EGW Ultimate trigger kit is very nice. I have it on 3 of my 1911's/2011's. I also have the Cylinder and Slide trigger kits in 2 of my 1911's. It's also a very nice trigger kit. I've got a Nowlin trigger kit laying around that I'm going to use in my open gun build. I know of a few people who use the Nowlin trigger kits in their 1911's/2011's with great results.
Aiden
Another vote for the Brazos kit. Is there an echo in here? Installed it with an EGW safety, once I fussed with my pretravel and got it settled where I wanted, I'm incredibly happy with it and wouldn't trade it for any of the other triggers I fondled. Tino2212
EGW lightened hammer , EGW sear and disco dropped in my open gun for a 1,5 Lbs trigger pull . I used my already adjusted "old" searspring .
twister
Has anyone used the trigger kit available from Infinity? It looks like a nice set up.
