AzShooter
My favorite .38 load for a light load with little recoil is 6.5 grains of Trail Boss with a 158 grn lead bullet. I was thinking of giving Trail Boss a try in my 9mm loads for Steel Challenge shooting, out of my S&W 929. Has anyone had experience with this powder in 9mm? What were your results? bandw1dth
Don't have any experience with trail boss in 9mm, but was curious if this was your favorite load for .38 special? I've never loaded for .38 spl or 357mag and just began the research to do so. So far I've only loaded for 9mm using titegroup, clays and CFE Pistol and in .223 using quite a few fan favorite powders. AzShooter
Quote I like Trail Boss in the .38. Give it a try. There is very little recoil. The powder is quite clean. It flows real well though my Dillon 650.
