Bullets
I recently got some bbi 180gr bullets to try. How much case flare (inside dimension) are you putting on your cases to prevent shaving the bullets during seating?
Nugget
To help with initial orientation and to prevent shaving I put a larger bell on the case mouth than jacketed. Obvious to the eye and not just the feeling. you could call it exaggerated I guess.

Garmil
May be different for you probably aren't using the same dies. Just giving you a starting point. Works for me try it out and see what works for you. No magic numbers in reloading just trial and error.
zzt
I have found that using a Mr. Bulletfeeder powder funnel/expander in Dillon presses, or the PTX funnel/expander in Hornady presses gives the best results. They are two step expanders designed for auto bullet feeding and work perfectly for everything. If you don't have a bullet feeder, you only need the slightest bell on the case mouth. The bullet can be manually inserted INTO the case. It is vertical and you cannot shave lead or poly when seating. If you are using a bullet feeder, set the bell according to the instructions for your feeder dies.

Taroman
I use a Lyman M expander die. Adjusted so that the inside case edge is just a few thou proud of the bullet. Being a belt and suspenders type, I'm also deburring the inside of 40 S&W case mouths.
Audia6
Few thousand more than a bullet diameter to avoid shaving especially with coated bullets.
