Hello, I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with Bayou Bullets 150gr SWC's.  I tried to do a search, but I wasn't successful.  I will be loading them for a Les Baer .38 super.  I just recently started loading for this caliber and have many different powders on hand.  I am using Starline +p brass.  Thanks.

Not specific info about Bayou's, but general info on 38 super loads with 150 gr LSWC:  http://www.k8nd.com/documents/hl38sup.pdf

Back in the single stack/iron sight days I loaded Competition Specialties 150gr LSWC with AA#7 mostly and sometimes WW540 (a.k.a. HS-6).  Great bullet for accuracy at either minor or major (>175pf back then) power factors.

If you are loading for minor I'd go by the powder manufacturer's load data to start.

Love reloading the 38 super, it is a reloader's cartridge.  Easy to load, forgiving, and versatile.
