What's the procedure on this?  I recognize we'll both be shipping to each others FFL, but other than scouts honor what recourse do each of us have?  Whats the fairest way to conduct such a transaction?

If I know them I would just ship it.

If not I would probably not do it.

maybe you know somebody, even a trusted forum member, who could act as your delicate on the other end?

I wonder if the two FFL's could converse and act as your mediaries - each hold the

gun they receive until both FFL's report receiving the two guns ???

That might be doable.  Get them to basically act as an escrow.
