peterthefish
So after a lot of little tweaks I have my LNL running great but for one thing. With mixed 9mm brass, 2 cases drop at once every 20 or so rounds. No issues with sorted brass (I sort Win & Fed for my revolvers). There seems to be no commonality or way of predicting this - any experiences / fixes? oteroman
I did this 5 years ago and everything runs.

peterthefish
I've done all those tricks. The problem is two 9mm cases get dropped at the same time...
Kraj
Dropped out of the case feeder or on to the subplate?
peterthefish
Dropped out of the case feeder or on to the subplate? It's releasing two cases onto the shell plate instead of one.
jrn1975
Mine did this for a bit... one of two things 1st make sure the dropper assembly is level and not tweaked one way or another. 2nd play with the distance between the drop tube from the case feeder and the dropper assembly. AusPPC
I had this problem in 9mm. I fixed it by adding brass shims between the case feeder post and the bracket that holds the feed tube. This allowed me to better align the feed tube with the pivot block such that only one case drops at a time.
Kraj
If it only happens once and a while it means you close. I would play with the pivoting assembly that drops the case from the tube to the sub plate. Just a 16th of a turn
