Question about Ben Stoeger Practice Targets

I just got some Ben Stoeger practice targets and was curious if anyone had come up with any innovative ways to put them up on walls that didn't require tape (which I don't think will work well)?

I use blue painters tape. Works well and pulls off. After a long while, it does start to pull some layers off the cardboard. I move mine a lot though and they're still in fine shape

Same, blue painters tape.  Many of mine have been up for over a year.  The ones that I have moved just lost a little layer when I removed the tape.

For walls, painter's tape.

For standing them upright on a desk or table or something, I bought some cheap metal bookends from Amazon and tape the targets to those.

You can put a couple strips of scotch tape on the cardboard where the painters tape will be in contact to prevent the cardboard from pulling up

I use Fun-Tak adhesive putty made by Loctite.  Beware though, It has pulled paint off the wall on rare occasion.

For desk stands use binder clips.  Attach to bottom and stand up.

I just find something to prop them on like shelves or window sills or whatever. I do most of my dry fire in the garage and I've glued magnets to the back of about 20+ targets and shuffle them around on the garage wall.

Oh now that's an idea! I do dryfire in the garage as well, would be perfect for sticking targets on the garage door!

That would work really well if you painted the walls with magnetic paint.

Home depot has cheap wood sticks.

 

So easy to move it around and I can use both sides to make 2 different target set-ups.

I bought a gun from a guy who put a big side of cardboard up with velcro strips running across it.  He had corresponding velcro on the back of his targets and used that to move them around.

only in certain spots on the wall in the garage, I use the velcro to move different targets in the same spot over and over

I made up 6 PVC stands and I have about 20 different target configurations (some duplicates) that I can hang on them. They are cheap, easy to make, and don't damage wood floors or walls. They are also easy to store when not in use.

I have a lot of shelving in my garage and either lean them up against the wall or use card holders like you find in restaurants..
