38 Special 160gr Bayou Titegroup Load data?

In Short Colt the combo works good 3.0 Titegroup gives 840+.

In 38 special I had used 4.4 Titegroup for 940 f/s, 3.3 Titegroup gave 720 f/s (115pf).

Titegroup will work fine, it's designed to ignite even in large volume cases and give good accuracy. I've even used it in 357 magnum cases.

If you get unburnt powder granules you will need to add more powder.

Great success with TG in both 38 Spl and 38 short colt brass

Agree with above quote regarding amount of TG and unburned powder.

Seems to like it on the higher end of the charge spectrum.

Hodgdon website has good info for starting loads etc to double check the info you get here
