But you should email Saul at DAA and talk to him. I think I found the problem. There is only one screw that holds the holster in place on the ball. There is another place for a screw and its missing. You probably know this, but while the standard STI insert will work, there is a special insert for the steel grip version which holds the holster a bit tighter.
