Sandbagger123
i want to get a dawson posi lock for my 2011. they offer 3 lengths .165/ 190 and .265. i think the stock is .165. anyone have the longer ones? how do you like it? is the 265 too long? https://dawsonprecision.com/mag-releases-sti-2011-by-dawson-precision/
jcc7x7
Med length with button of choice
Bamboo
i have a .190 with Dawaon's lo-pro button and it is good combination for my hands. I think if I were to go with something like the Ed Brown mag button or an STI type offset paddle I'd go with the stock .165 length.
mscott
I like the .265 long one with no button.
Aggieddad02
I have small hands and use the STI oversized mag button with the standard length. It works fine for me, your next challenge will be finding the right magazine release spring. I use the Wolff standard magazine release spring as it has just the righ amount of tension without being too much. Hope this helps
Brian04rs
I just switched to a .265 with no button. was worried about engaging it with my weak hand under recoil but has not been a issue. Also smoothed out my reloads since I don't have to shift my grip as much.
