Why not a design like this: I understand that the ejection is at the rearward end of slide motion and "should" cleanly eject. But with all the ejection port mods and brass trapping with other mounts, I see some potential for issues. Why not a design like this: It only covers the port in battery. It doesn't cover at all when the slide is actually back and ejecting the spent casing. Mansell Posted November 3, 2015 Share Posted November 3, 2015 The mount works fine. There have been issues with Aimpoint Micros on handguns however.
