lefty o Posted October 19, 2015 Share Posted October 19, 2015 been a long time since ive had to scrounge 9mm brass. lots of new headstamps out there. the old stand by's i trust, but what about tulabrass,cbi,gfl etc? any headstamps in particular that are problematic? haiedras Posted October 19, 2015 Share Posted October 19, 2015 IMT, FM, and Ammoload headstamps have an interior ledge that can be problematic for 1050s. Headstamps marked LY, CV(sp?) on the left and right of the primer are Chinese made and of unknown quality. A-Merc is also no good. I still load them though for practice and local matches, seems to be decent brass. I also load Tula, CBC, Fiocchi, PPU, etc. The only ones I scrap are the ones with the internal ledge like Ammoload and IMT. Also Crap AMERC and the Chinese LY stuff.
