sono
I have ran this gun trouble free for a while and the round count isn't that high. Last match it failed me. Pull the trigger and nothing. The hammer falls and a shell drops on the lifter. Rack it and the same thing. After this happened 4 times I decided it wasn't going to run. I looked at the shells and there wasn't a mark on any of the primers. I pulled the gun apart and could find nothing wrong in the trigger, bolt or firing pin. Put it back together and it ran for one stage then the next stage it died again. Any suggestions?
Bullittmcqueen
Have you done anything to the trigger group? I.e. Replace springs?
GunCat
What brand/type of ammo are you using? Will a shell drop easily in the chamber – or does the metal base of the shell snag on the extractor cut? When the hammer falls and nothing goes bang is the bolt completely in battery (extractor at 2:00)?
sono
Haven't replaced anything in the gun as far as springs. Ammo was mixed shells from a few leftover boxes AA, Federal and such. It looks to be closed completely.
RobboD
I had the same issue, turned out the bolt head pin was deformed. Check it. nr 9 on this pic
