TonytheTiger Posted March 21, 2015 Share Posted March 21, 2015 After a drawn out conflict with the USPS where they all but flat out refused to honor an insurance claim on a box full of Invictus Practical caddies that they completely destroyed, I took the advice of some satisfied IP customers and contacted Kevin Pratt, the owner of IP. Not only did he respond to my email within a couple hours on a Saturday afternoon, he offered to replace all the broken parts on his dime as a way of saying thanks for using his products. And this is despite the fact that I bought them used on the forums here and not directly from him. If that ain't some fine customer service I don't know what is!
