D.Hayden Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 It feels colder, but it's too subjective.. a wind chill of 10, can feel much colder that a true temp of -10 (clear/sunny/calm/no humidity).. but i don't worry about pipes with wind chill of 10, but i hate to shovel snow in it we get cold temps here, not like Fairbanks AK or Havre MT, but -30 occasionally.. reported wind chills of -40 to -50 are possible - but what does that really mean? Spring seemed to formally arrive yesterday; you can feel that kind of thing when it happens. Moreover, things are blooming and popping up out of the ground everywhere.
