alucardus Posted August 29, 2016 Share Posted August 29, 2016 Not for shooting specifically but when I was trying to increase my grip strength for deadlifting what seemed to give the most improvement in the shortest amount of time was pull ups followed by hanging from the bar as long as I could when I finished my set.
