Fireant
OK, I managed to loose my instructions and need another copy like yesterday. Brazos can't get one to me until much later. Does anybody have the directions they can scan and email to me? Thanks.

GlennRasch
Don't trim the edges, I cut a 3/16 slot .180 deep and them came back with my dove tail cutter .187 deep…
Brazos Custom
Don't trim the edges, I cut a 3/16 slot .180 deep and them came back with my dove tail cutter .187 deep… If you do it this way and the dovetail is too tight for the racker you won't know if it is the slot or the dovetail that is too tight. By cutting the slot a little big you will know it is the dovetail. The second pass on the slot also cleans up the cut because you are only cutting one side at a time and you will end up with a much cleaner cut (fewer burrs).
