Vanniek71 Posted February 26, 2014 Share Posted February 26, 2014 After reading a few of these figured I'd throw mine up too, the more people that see this the more it motivates me to keep at it. As of today I'm down 36lbs, I eat a strict Paleo diet, and follow crossfit style workouts (can't afford to go to a box right now, as I am recently unemployed for sticking up for mistreatment of my employees... Long story, but myself and my boss are eligible for hire now lol) I still do workouts in my basement with limited equipment, but it works for now! Anyways here is a comparison photo over the past few months I also blog everything, and try to spread the word so if people are struggling they can find sort of a roadmap to get started...
