Improve mind control with a breathing excercise

I came up with this specific counting / breathing method to keep track of how many sets of, for example, push ups I planned to do.

Say I was going to do 20 sets of push ups, with 10 breaths between each set. The first number, or "top" number, I call it, is the breath count. The second, or "bottom" number, is the set number (I just completed).

Been doing this, particularly when the doctor says my blood pressure is too high. I ask him to come back in 10 minutes and it comes right down.

Morning of a match as well. Always helps.

I was in the dentist chair for 3 hours a while back. I made it to 100 several times.

Nice work!

Using that breathing technique in the dentist's chair, I've left the office on a couple of occasions with a wonderful sense of euphoria.
