So the gun returns to the same spot vertically. Horizontally it is usually a tad off, but that is a grip issue. gianmarko Posted April 23, 2017 Share Posted April 23, 2017 i also broke a CM barrel at perhaps 7000 rds the other one has circa 30k on her and still working fine. i know folks with 50k+ rounds on the barrel with no problems, so it might be a material quality problem. the broken barrel and the one im using now look different, one is shinier, perhaps is polished, the other is rougher. i only shoot major. no problem with the lugs, they dont show any defect i got a microscope, might post some pictures recently my CM n.1 (the one with 37k rounds on her) developed a quirk, ill open a thread for it.
