Sandro
Any idea if there is anyone out there able to hone a Dillon 308 die for less neck tension? My Dillon die, both 223 and 308 have too much neck tension. I get they are made this way for semi-auto gun, but I am trying to cut lost of brass, but not have too much tension. Thank you, Sandro

Thank you, Sandro I think there was a thread a few years ago, somebody had a local machine shop open the die up a bit. I use a Redding Neck sizer to open the mouth up after the 1200B
Dan Sierpina
You're better off expanding it more, than changing the die. Use something like this http://www.sinclairintl.com/.aspx/pid=33136/Product/Sinclair_Neck_Turning_Mandrel
Sandro
I am trying to cut the extra work with one operation with the cutter only. I am going to call Dillon a suggest they hone dies for customers, I don't care if I have to pay for it...
