Need some help/advice with swagging brass on a super 1050. I'm trying to process about 10k rounds of 223/5.56 mixed brass and everytime I set the swage rod to accommodate and properly swage the various headstamps, the rod will break after a couple hundred rounds. My gut is telling me that the rod is set to high, but to do a proper swage on some of these headstamps, it has to be that high. Thanks in advance, this is getting frustrating and expensive.
