Hello everyone, I just got my STI dvc open 9mm major and this is my first time loading major. Any recommendations of what bullet/brand should I use? RN or JHP? does anyone have an experience with this gun and has a good load data info? I searched the form and been reading the 9mm load recommendations and I just want to see if someone has an experience with the specific gun! Thanks

I just got my new STI dvc open and looking for a race holster. I'm currently looking at double alpha's new alpha-X holster or the JR Ginovation. Any suggestions from you guys? I would be using this for USPSA matches

Hello Forum Members I participated in my first USPSA match on 3/15 and am addicted. Bought Brian's book yesterday realizing I need to become OneWithTheGun. Great experience. Been a competitive sports guy my entire life, surfing, skateboarding, skiing, tennis, basketball, baseball and P.A.L Boxing. Aging knees won't let me do most of these activities but they held up OK for USPSA night so I'm totally psych'd. I just pre-orderd an STI DVC Open in 9mm. I know, I know it's not the gun that will resolve my current limitations, but I'm an older dude and I don't have decades to develop and evolve into Open. Need to to turbo-charge my way with technology, tenaciousness and a little transcendental meditation. While I wait impatiently for the STI DVC Open, I'll be using a customized Glock, tricked out with 3rd party components in 40 SW.
