Does anyone have an opinion on aftermarket (or factory if Springfield makes them) adjustable night sights for the rear sight? Pros/Cons? I just picked up an XDm 5.25 45acp the other day and absolutely love it! The rear sight is great for daylight but was looking at using this gun in a low light and vehicle training class. Any and all thoughts are welcomed and appreciated. Cheers, -JD

So I was wondering whats the most you can do in production to your gun, frame cuts, trigger pull, sights, etc. Also Is stippling allowed in production?

Just wanted to hear some opinions on topic of trigger obsession and where people have landed and found a safe balance of function and reliability concerning pull, break and reset? I personally can get compulsive and drop the poundage to under 2 lbs and then deal with all the other parameters and engagement relationships and spring balancing and every other detail..... However that's a hard gun to keep running and running and what was once fun becomes a job. Maybe I've been at this too long but a 2.5-3 lb smooth, reliable as the sun rise, quick even break with a snappy aggressive back at ya short tight reset is poetry in motion. I found for me anything under 2.5 lb's on the pull scale is maintenance and man I love to shoot more than tinker.... I'd love to hear some experiences and opinions. I'm new to the forum so I hope this is a appropriate post topic

I searched and I'm sure the answer is spread around this website in a dozen threads, but is there one consolidated threat listing every competitive modification possible on a Glock 34 for USPSA Production? Is there an agreed upon Glock 34 Production "parts list" that is broken out for new shooters build out? I've been shooting USPSA for a year now and just made A Class, so I'm looking to improve my gun a bit. I don't expect a gun modification to push me to the next bracket, I just want to ensure that I am using the most competitive gear. Ideally, I'd like to take every advantage I can with a Glock 34 so I know that when I'm shooting, the only thing hold me back is ...my own shooting - and not the gun. So far, the only modifications I've made on my Glock 34 (gen 3) is new sights (black front and rear), and a home triggerjob (http://www.m4carbine.net/showthread.php?p=1287081#post1287081). I'd like to use grip tape instead of stippling, but otherwise I am open to any Production legal suggestions.
