I've seen a great many positive comments about the 9mm, 135 gr. Bayou bullet, so I ordered a sample package. In preparation for their arrival, I am looking for load data, but I am not finding much. Many people have written about loading this bullet with VV N320, but I have not located any of that to play with yet. I have Win 231, IMR SR7625 and WSF (Winchester Super Field) powders. I'd appreciate it if you would share your favorite load data using these powders. I'd also like to hear why you would choose one of these powders over the others. I am shooting a stock SIG P226, so I can load most bullets out to about an OAL of 1.16” and they will still fit in the magazines and not touch the rifling. I am shooting in IDPA, so I'd like to make 125000+ power factor.

Hi all. I just ran out of my MG bullets and was able to order 3000 147gr FP Bayou Bullets. Now I need to come up with a load, or at least a place to start. I did a search but an not finding a lot on the internet specifically about Bayou's and WSF. I will shooting these out of a CZ and, since these are FP bullets, I will be loading a little shorter than I normally did with my RN MG's. The best load that I have run across so far is 3.6gr of WSF at a AOL of 1.115. I ran my 147gr MG's at 4.2gr of WSF at an AOL of 1.135 (or there abouts). Anyone have any experience with Bayou's and WSF powder? Thanks.
