I have a odd question. I'd like to use an optic that has hold overs for M855 62gr out of a 16" barrel. Could I find or load a 6.5 Creedmore round out of a 18" barrel that would be close? Thanks!

I like the idea of the Faxon gunner. Currently I think the barrel is a Ballistic Advantage heavy taper 18”. What are the chances that I would have a headspace issue with the Aero bolt? Rifle has 66 rounds through it. The other barrel that looks interesting is the Criterion chrome lined one.

So, can the evolution be mounted on the JP barrel nut? I have a 12 inch JP/VTAC now. Or should I buy a 15" JP to replace it. I think they are a little heavier.
